| Check -out time is 11:00am. For late check-out (11:00am to 03:00pm) there is an additional $5.00 charge, No Late check-out for Kabins and Kottages. Additional day charged for check-out after 3:00pm. |

Rules and Policies |
Pool and Hot Tub |
| ADULTS (18 and over) ONLY IN HOT TUB. NO lifeguard on duty. Children under 14 MUST be accompanied by an adult. DO NOT leave children unattended. NO horseplay, jumping, diving or running. Proper pool attire, NO cutoffs or "T"shirts. NO glass containers, food or alcohol. |

Pets |
| Quite pets on a leash no longer than 6' are welcome. Do not leave pets unattended. Pets are not to be chained up outside. Pets are not allowed in store, pool area, laundry, restrooms, or playgrounds. Kennel and corrals are available. PLEASE CLEAN UP AFTER YOUR PET. |

Vehicles |
| Speed limit is 5mph throughout campground. Please drive carefully. NO cutting through sites. Damage to utilities could result. Washing and working on vehicles is prohibited. Pleasure riding on motorcycles or ATVs is NOT allowed. Park in the space(s) assigned to you, parking anywhere else can result in towing. |

Children |
| Parents are responsible for the conduct and behavior of their children. An adult must accompany children under 6 at all times. |

Grey Water |
| Ground disposal of grey water is illegal in El Paso county. Please catch in receptacle and empty in our dump station. Sewer hoses must be connected with E-Z coupler or rubber ring |
|
General |
Quite hour are observed from 10:00pm to 7:00am.
No clotheslines, Laundry facilities located at restroom buildings.
50 amp rigs required using 50 amp sites.
No tents allowed outside of tent sites.
No campfire allowed, do not move/remove rocks.
Alcoholic containers are to be kept at your site. |
